LEGO Creator Expert 10266 NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander
The LEGO Creator Expert 10266 NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander is a 1,087-piece replica of the Eagle lunar module, developed in cooperation with NASA to mark the 50th anniversary of the first crewed Moon landing in 1969.
The detailed model splits into separate ascent and descent stages. The descent stage has gold-coloured landing pads and panels, opening camera and laser hatches and the famous ladder, while the ascent stage has a detailed interior with room for two astronauts. It sits on a lunar surface base with a crater, footprints and a US flag, and is finished with an Apollo 11 Lunar Lander nameplate. A superb display piece for space enthusiasts, adult builders and anyone fascinated by the history of space exploration. Released in 2019 and retired in 2023, it is now becoming harder to find sealed.
