LEGO 41839 Message Board

The LEGO 41839 Message Board lets families build their very own changeable word board for the home, perfect for greetings, reminders and in-jokes.

You can build up to 30 letters from the Latin alphabet, with accents included so messages can be written in many languages that use those characters. Ten emoji stickers add personality, and four posters provide inspiration and guidance for creating the letters.

At 1,743 pieces it is a substantial project, designed to be shared so that different people can build letters at the same time. There are no minifigures; instead the fun lies in designing messages and rearranging them whenever you like.

Rated 9+, it is well suited to families with younger children who want a project to tackle together. Once complete, it works brilliantly in a kitchen, hallway or bedroom, and it makes a personalised birthday present or a cosy family activity for the school holidays. The letter builds use bright, colourful bricks, so the board stands out wherever it is placed, and changing the message is quick and fun.

First released in 2024, the Message Board has now been retired, so it is a good moment to pick one up if you have had your eye on it.
