Business customers and returns: Any customer operating as a business does not qualify for our 14 day returns period. All orders placed by businesses are exempt from returns unless expressly authorised by us in advance. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Any business customer returning an order without prior authorisation will have a re-stocking fee of 25% deducted from the return. This does not apply to consumers.
Undeliverable items: Any order placed with an incomplete address, or to a wrong address may incur a re-delivery charge. We do our best not to ship items with an incomplete address but it is not our responsibility to check the the shipping address you supply. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or is not collected within a specified time set by the mail carrier (18 days for Royal Mail parcels) the order will be refunded back to the customer minus the original shipping cost or £3.49 if the order had free delivery, plus a £4.99 return shipping and admin charge.
International shipments: All international shipments are not charged VAT on the order amount. Customers are responsible for any import fess and taxes that may be charged to them on receipt of their order. Any international shipments which are refused or returned will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost and a £7.99 return shipping and admin charge.
Any returns for international shipments returned under the 14 day return period will be refunded for the cost of goods only and the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delivery charges:
All UK orders will have a standard shipping rate of £3.49.
All UK orders will also have an express shipping option with a rate of £5.99.
FREE standard delivery is available for all UK orders over £85.

International shipping starts from £7.99. International orders may result in customs fees and duties being charged by the purchasers respective country.
We are not responsible for any extra fees incurred.

For piece of mind, the majority of orders are sent out with Royal Mail tracked services. Tracking numbers will be supplied via email as soon as parcels are packaged ready to be sent out. Larger orders may be delivered by Parcelforce, UPS or DPD.
Most products will be dispatched within 2 working days. On some occasions there may be a slight delay but this should rarely be more than 7 days from the date of purchase.

RETURNS
We accept refunds if a return is requested within 14 days of delivery. All returns must then be received within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging where possible.
The following exclusions apply:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the 'Contact Us page on the home page
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Original shipping costs will be refunded at the basic shipping rate of £3.49 or £0 if the returned order is over £85. Any extra shipping costs from choosing a faster shipping method will not be refunded.
