LEGO Ideas 21344 The Orient Express Train
The LEGO Ideas 21344 The Orient Express Train recaptures the golden age of rail travel in a stunning 2,540-piece display model, designed by a LEGO Ideas fan and approved by LEGO.
Build the locomotive and tender, the dining car (voiture-restaurant) and the sleeping car (voiture-lits), then lift off the roofs to reveal beautifully detailed interiors – inlaid panels, an OE backgammon board and a mirror effect above the bed in the first-class sleeping compartment. The exterior shows the famous Paris–Istanbul route, and the model sits on its own length of track. Eight minifigures – a duchess, conductor, train driver, waiter, station manager, scientist, writer and a film director based on the fan designer – plus a buildable luggage trolley complete the scene. A superb gift for adult train, travel and history fans.
