LEGO Monkie Kid 80066 Mythical Creature Qilin

The LEGO Monkie Kid 80066 Mythical Creature Qilin brings the legendary dragon-horse of Chinese mythology to life as a striking, fully articulated build.

The Qilin has stud shooters built into its armour and a two-seat saddle that turns into a flyer. A flying cloud and a food cart with its own stud shooter add even more play options.

Five minifigures are included – Monkie Kid, Mei, Sandy, Pigsy and a Celestial Warrior – plus Mo the cat figure.

With 791 pieces and a 9+ age rating, it is a good size for pick-up-and-play adventures as well as for display. It makes a fun gift for Monkie Kid fans and anyone who loves mythical creatures. In the Monkie Kid stories, MK and his friends defend their city from demons with help from the Monkey King, drawing on the classic Chinese tale Journey to the West. The Qilin fits that world perfectly, combining bold colours with flowing, sculpted shapes that show off how expressive LEGO creatures can be. Children can saddle up two minifigures and send them soaring into battle, then detach the flyer for a quick getaway, while the food cart gives Pigsy somewhere to keep the noodles coming. Once the adventure is over, the poseable creature stands proudly on a shelf, its armour and mane catching the eye. It is a great pick for a builder who enjoys both action features and characterful models.

Released in 2025 and still current with LEGO, the Qilin is one of the newest additions to our Monkie Kid range.
