RETURNS - (Not including print on demand products)
We accept refunds if a return is requested within 14 days of delivery. All returns must then be received within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging where possible.
The following exclusions apply:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the 'Contact Us page on the home page
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.Original shipping costs will be refunded at the basic shipping rate of £2.99 or £0 if the returned order is over £75. Any extra shipping costs from choosing a faster shipping method will not be refunded.
If Lego pieces are missing from a set it is sometimes easier and quicker for all concerned to source replacement parts direct from Lego. If this situation occurs please use the Contact Us page and we will ensure the problem is rectified swiftly. Print on demand products return policy:
Print on demand products featuring designs that are exclusive to us are excluded from the 14 day return policy. The following returns policy applies to these products:
- Faulty items can be exchanged (pending approval from the print on demand supplier) for the same product. Proof of damage will be required.
- Items which are the wrong size can be exchanged for the correct sized item of the same product, one time only. The original item must be returned to us at your cost before the replacement is sent to you. Multiple size changes will not be accepted. For example, if you order a T-Shirt in a size Large but it is too small, you can exchange it for a larger size. If you exchange it for a size XL but that is still too small you will not be entitled to exchange it again for a larger size. There is a size guide on all clothing listings to help you choose the correct size.
- Change of mind is not a valid return reason for print on demand products. This is due to each item being made especially for you.
